Digital Papers Purchase Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases of digital papers. All payments are securely facilitated through PayFast.io.

Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements for eligible cases as outlined below.

Paper Requests

If you inadvertently purchase a question paper instead of a memorandum, we will accommodate a one-time request for the corresponding memo. However, please be advised that subsequent similar requests will be denied, as they may be interpreted as a pattern of fraudulent behavior.

Double Purchases

In the event of a double purchase, you may email us to request a replacement with another paper of your choice. We will process this replacement as a courtesy.

Bulk Purchases

For bulk purchases, replacements will only be made with an equivalent number of bulk papers of your choice.

Download Issues

If you experience a failed download, please contact us via email. We will provide a replacement download link for the purchased content.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

A significant percentage of each transaction goes to our payment processor. Due to these non-recoverable fees, we are unable to process refunds.
